1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the WiFi Audit application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WiFi Audit is an informational tool that helps you perform basic security checks on the Wi‑Fi network you are currently connected to, measure connection performance, analyze signal quality, and use related utility features such as QR sharing and IP checks.
The App may check encryption type, network connectivity, DNS configuration, SSL availability, and signal strength. All checks are performed primarily locally on your device. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a comprehensive security audit or guarantee of network safety.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App to violate any applicable laws or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any network or system. The App is intended for personal use to help you make more informed decisions about Wi‑Fi usage.
4. Disclaimers
THE APP AND ITS SECURITY CHECKS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of any check are accurate or complete. A “safe” or “passed” result does not guarantee that a network is secure or free from risk. You are solely responsible for your use of any Wi‑Fi network and for protecting your own data and privacy.
5. Privacy and Data
To perform Wi‑Fi checks, the App may require access to your device’s location as required by the operating system to obtain Wi‑Fi network information. We do not sell your precise location or personal data for advertising or tracking. Any data used for the checks is processed primarily locally on your device. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher of WiFi Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information provided by the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
